The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division provides naloxone and fentanyl test strips to government agencies, community partners, and non-profits in Hawaiʻi for free distribution to the public.
ADAD is unable to distribute naloxone and fentanyl test strips directly to individuals in the community. However, if you are interested in acquiring naloxone or test strips in Hawai’i, you may email us for a list of community partners near you.

Hawai’i Opioid Settlement Fund Use Suggestion Form
The Department of Health is gathering ideas for how to use opioid settlement funds to support prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery efforts. Share your project or program suggestion to help ensure funds are used effectively and equitably. The DOH and the Hawai‘i Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee will review submissions.
